In Ontario, Grand Mondial operates separately under Apollo Entertainment Ltd within the regulated provincial iGaming market overseen by the AGCO and iGaming Ontario.
In Alberta, Apollo Entertainment Limited is registered as an iGaming operator and lists Grand Mondial Casino among its casino brands.
The Kahnawake regulatory framework includes requirements concerning player protection, game fairness, account confidentiality and dispute resolution.

In Alberta, Apollo Entertainment Limited is registered with AGLC as an iGaming operator, with Grand Mondial Casino among its listed brands.
For the international version of the site, Fresh Horizons Limited is listed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as the operator of grandmondial.casino. The casino’s current terms state that this version operates under Kahnawake licence number 00972.
