If you want to play Mega Moolah, the first step is to check whether the version of the casino available in your province actually offers the game. Game catalogues can differ between Canadian provinces and between regulated and international versions of the same casino.
Our guide features five casino brands historically associated with Microgaming and Games Global content. Availability, regulation, bonuses and individual games should always be checked for your location before registering.

ZODIAC CASINO
Online for many years, Zodiac Casino is one of the established brands in the Casino Rewards network.
Zodiac Casino is currently part of the regulated online casino markets in both Ontario and Alberta. The exact game catalogue depends on the provincial version of the site, so players should verify whether Mega Moolah or another Games Global progressive jackpot is available before playing.

Casino Site Info
Before playing Mega Moolah or another progressive jackpot game, it is important to approach gambling as entertainment rather than as a way of making money or solving financial problems.
Set a budget before playing and avoid increasing your stakes simply to chase a jackpot or recover previous losses.
Progressive jackpots can reach very large amounts, but the top prizes are rare. Neither choosing a particular casino nor playing for longer guarantees a jackpot win.
Online Casino Regulation in Canada
Online gambling regulation in Canada is primarily handled at the provincial level. There is no single national online casino licence that applies in the same way across the country.
In Ontario, private online casino operators must operate within the provincial regulated market overseen by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario.
In Alberta, the regulated private iGaming market opened on July 13, 2026. Operators must be registered with AGLC and have a commercial agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation.
Other provinces follow different models, so a casino that is regulated in Ontario or Alberta should not automatically be assumed to have the same regulatory status elsewhere.
Players should therefore verify the casino, regulator and game availability specifically for their province.
Welcome and Loyalty Offers
Welcome bonuses and free spins can provide additional play, but promotional offers change regularly and are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Progressive jackpot games may also be excluded from certain bonuses or contribute differently towards wagering requirements.
For this reason, always check:
- the wagering requirements;
- eligible games;
- maximum bet conditions;
- expiry periods;
- withdrawal restrictions or other relevant bonus terms.
A bonus does not improve the underlying odds of winning the Mega Moolah jackpot.
Editor’s Notes
Mega Moolah remains one of the best-known progressive jackpot brands associated with Games Global, but Canadian players should not assume that the international version of the game is available at every casino or in every province.
Ontario has its own ring-fenced Maple Moolah progressive network, while Alberta now operates a separate regulated iGaming market. This makes provincial game availability increasingly important when comparing Canadian casino sites.
The casinos featured on this page have different regulatory positions and game catalogues depending on the player’s location. Checking the official provincial register and the casino’s current game lobby is therefore more useful than relying on older bonus offers or historical jackpot wins.
Mega Moolah and other progressive games should always be played as entertainment, with a predetermined budget and without chasing losses.
